Capabilities, Inc. is committed to continually improving our organization and service delivery to the persons we serve. Capabilities conducts an annual program outcome review to reevaluate services and quality that distinguishes between measures of structure, process, and outcomes. Our true asset is a satisfied customer and to achieve this we focus on providing incomparable service to achieve optimal outcomes. Quality outcomes are guided by input and focus on effectiveness, efficiency, service access, and satisfaction of individuals receiving services and the other stakeholders. Each year an outcome management report with an improvement plan is drafted to provide direction for Capabilities.

Driving Schoo l since April 2013. In the last year he has been teaching in the class and working with the students to drive safely on the roads. William takes a lot of pride in hearing about students that he has worked with doing well on their drivers test. William is also a part -time bus driver for St. Marys City Schools. William is the proud father of two sons. William enjoys raising rabbits and is very involved in 4H and county fair activities! Send William a pat on the back today!.

Kevin started with Capabilities in 1999 stationed in our Dayton Office. Kevin has been our rock in the Troy area doing Job Development as his main service. He also does Job Coaching, which makes him a very versatile man. Kevin will always helps out when needed. Kevin knows the employers in Troy and surrounding areas, and they all seem to know him by name. Kevin has worked with many people over the years, and we receive great reviews from them. Thanks for all you do Kevin!.

Jamie has been helping students get their driver’s license out of the St.Marys office since November 2013. In the last half year he has been working with the students to drive safely on the roads. Jamie is a deputy on the Ansonia police department. If you get pulled over by him, let him know you work for Capabilities! It might not get you out of a ticket, but it will give you something good to talk about! Jamie is married to Christa and they have two children. Jamie enjoys working with the youth in many sports as well as their driving skills! Send Jamie a pat on the back today!.
