During this difficult time, we would like you to know that you are not alone. Mended Hearts extends our sincere wishes to you for a successful recovery and good health. A MHI volunteer is available to visit with you while you're in the hospital. Our volunteers are survivors themselves and their goal is to help others see that life with heart disease can still be full and rewarding. If you'd like to have a MHI member visit with you...and your family either in the hospital, at your home, via the telephone or email, please contact us. We can be available to be of service and support as you continue your journey to recovery.
