The Cape Cod Stuffed Quahog Company manufactures high quality, value added seafood products utilizing local Cape Cod shellfish under H.A.C.C.P. guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Our products have developed a reputation for exceptional quality, value and taste. Our customer base includes restaurants, seafood markets, conventional supermarkets and institutional food service purveyors. Our signature items are the "fresh whole stuffed quahog" and the "frozen half shell stuffed quahog". Only select quahogs meet our quality standards. We purchase the freshest quahogs from reputable local fishermen and seafood wholesalers to ensure the quahogs are harvested from approved certified fishing areas. These fresh selects are cooked, ground and then hand stuffed into shells with a special combination of sauteed vegetables, spices and breading. The fresh whole shell stuffed quahogs have a 2-week refrigerated shelf life and can be frozen for use at a later date. The whole shell product is packaged in bags of 25 or 50 units. The frozen stuffed quahogs have a 6-month shelf life. Our most popular frozen packs are the food service 36-count case and our retail 4-packs.
