Cape Coral Pool Pro started with a simple frustration: every pool service company in SW Florida seemed to be either a national chain treating houses like routes, or a one-person operation that vanished mid-summer. Neither one matched what Cape Coral homeowners actually wanted — a consistent, communicative, local team that shows up on the same day every week and answers the phone when something breaks.
We built the company we'd want for our own pools: W-2 techs (not gig workers), photo updates after every visit, flat monthly pricing, and a real human on the phone when you call. Fifteen years and 2,000+ pools later, that's still the entire playbook.
