When Will discovered the partially developed 150-acre waterfront site of Cape Harbour, situated just 3 ½ miles from the Gulf of Mexico, he immediately realized the property’s potential. It was his vision to develop the site into an upscale waterfront community which at this time had only been experienced in the Naples area. Will's goal was to build a deepwater marina which was open to the public; where people could live, work, boat, dine and shop. Needless to say with this large-scale project ahead, retirement was short-lived.
