apital Communication Concepts was incorporated in 1991 with the intention of providing excellent service to all customers. The five members of the senior staff at CCC have more than 180 years combined experience in the telecommunication business. All five senior staff members began their careers with the Bell System. In 1984 the divestiture of the Bell System took place. Dick Roshon, Chuck Prinz, Fay Bower, Frank Lanning, and Tony Devala moved from Ohio Bell to AT&T with the Sales/Service side of the business, working in Columbus. In October 1996 Lucent Technologies was formed, this new entity continued to contract with Capital to handle their "overflow" service work. Today Capital is the largest Authorized (Lucent) Avaya Reseller/Service Provider in Ohio.
