Philip M. de Bruyn, Capital Plan's President and C.E.O., is responsible for the firm's overall operation and administration and has been active in the insurance and business industry for over 20 years. His executive responsibilities include marketing to Capital Plan's target client base and designing, implementing and monitoring sophisticated insurance portfolios. Prior to joining Capital Plan in 1992, he was Assistant Vice President of Hawthorne Associates, a Boston-based Registered Investment Advisor.
