Jennifer Cantono has 18 years of experience in technical communication and marketing program management. As Marketing Director, Jennifer manages business development for CPMI and also provides technical editing and communication expertise. Jennifer has worked in a marketing capacity for various technical firms and also has experience as Assistant Vice President in the technology division of a major U.S. financial services company.

A wealth of experience in design, construction, and claims evaluation has made us acutely aware of what it takes to complete a project successfully: sufficient plans and specifications, tight controls and procedures, timely responses to requests for clarification, rapid resolution of critical issues. Steve Weathers has over 20 years of experience in construction/project management, engineering, contract administration, planning, scheduling, claims analysis, damage assessment, change order negotiation, and contractor payment authorization for various public and federal agencies. His knowledge includes master planning, civil and structural design, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, interpretation of contract plans and specifications, and construction from project initiation to completion.

Staff Engineer - CPMI seeks engineers with two to five years of experience in project management, design or construction. Candidates with an E.I.T. are preferred. Experience with CPM scheduling, claims analysis, or DOD/federal contracts is a plus. Strong communications skills, computer skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
