Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Kay Dombkowski earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis at the top of her graduating class, earning her the prestigious Beta Sigma Kappa International Honors Society Silver Medal and multiple scholarships. Kay completed rotations at the Kansas City Veteran’s Administration Medical Center and the St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired, to list a few.

The doctors at Capitol Eye Care Center feel strongly about the importance of healthy vision for you and your family. As a participating member of the InfantSEE® program through the American Optometric Association, we provide comprehensive eye and vision assessments for any infant less than 12 months old at no cost.
