Capitol Insurance Company, located in North Wales, Pennsylvania, was established in 1968, writing business mainly in the five counties surrounding Philadelphia. In 2001, the Company entered into a concerted effort to spead its market throughout all of Pennsylvania. Capitol Insurance Company writes private passenger personal automobile insurance and motorcycle insurance through a network of independent agents. Our target market is clean risk drivers in the middle market area. Capitol has not and will not use the credit scoring system when evaluating potential insureds.
