The company’s work emphasis includes water and sewer installations for residential subdivisions, commercial business parks, sewage district interceptor sewers and municipal public works reconstruction projects. Capitol Underground, Inc. has a long standing history of successfully completing projects for developers and municipalities in the Madison metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
