Nate is a 1983 graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received a bachelor's degree as an honors scholar in accounting. He received his CPA certificate in 1984 and became a partner in Capossela, Cohen, LLC in January, 1991. As head of the firm's tax department he has extensive experience in corporate, partnership and individual taxation. He has worked with many family owned businesses and has developed a unique skill in understanding the complex interrelationships of their individual and business tax structures.

Joseph V. Barranca, CPA , is a 1993 graduate of St. Joseph's College in New York where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. He received his CPA certificate in 1996. Joseph joined Capossela Cohen, LLC in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. Joseph is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York and has several years of experience in financial statement preparation and auditing, and income tax preparation and planning for closely held entrepreneurial companies and high net worth individuals in a variety of industries.

Michael has several years of auditing experience with a "Big Six" accounting firm primarily planning and performing audits for entrepreneurial and growth stage clientele in a variety of industries. Michael is experienced in income taxation, financial planning, litigation support, small and medium sized business consulting and planning services.
