She is also Broker and Limited Partner for the Villas at Park Park (SOLD OUT by Winter '08) and the Regency at Packer Park (Regency One & Two SOLD OUT, sales started on Regency Three). All three new developments were designed to compliment and enhance the surrounding Community of Packer Park. Barbara Capozzi has served as a volunteer for many years as the President of the Packer Park Civic Association and has also been elected as Community Director for the Packer Park area to the Sports Complex Special Services District as well as several other Community and Business organizations.
