At Capsonic Group, we specialize in high volume production of insert and composite plastic injection molding. Our production facility in Elgin, IL is equipped with 51 presses ranging from 30 to 300 tons. Our Market Driven, Project management philosophy ensures your parts are produced on time, within budget and perform as designed, regardless of complexity.

Capsonic Automotive strategically manages its available floor space and vertically integrated capacity in order to offer its customers (both existing and potential) a service unique among full service suppliers in our product market: Transfer Manufacturing. Simply put, Capsonic Automotive can take an established product line that exists within our customers’ own manufacturing facility and transform that line into a finished assembly supply with better quality, cost, inventory, and delivery.

Capsonic Automotive, Inc. is a Full Service Supplier, which means we have to do a great deal of things well. Among the many competencies we maintain, we like to consider Operations to be the culmination of all functional areas of our business. Manufacturing and Logistics are our strength.

Our product lines span varying levels of customers: OEMs, Tier 1 System Suppliers, Tier 2 Component suppliers, and Aftermarket. Our established knowledge of the Product Launch process throughout the supply chain provides a valuable benefit for all of our customers. Sales Engineers are responsible for customer accounts, both commercially and technically. They are positioned on-site or in proximity to the customers' preferred coordination location. The customer sees a single point of contact for the "art to part" coordination of their program.
