Capstan Atlantic offers some of our customers the unique ability to manufacture millions of small parts per week in the demanding world of zero defects. Manufacturing cells have been established to carefully manufacture miniature P/M components to the most demanding specifications and tolerances. Our unique capabilities allow us to produce millions of micro parts with tight tolerances.

Capstan Atlantic is the largest producer of precision Powdered Metal gears. Our capabilities include high density, high strength gears and our proprietary HD4 process™. Specializing in a large variety of applications, Capstan Atlantic provides solutions for the automotive industry and a wide range of industrial applications.

Capstan Atlantic manufactures and assembles a number of components for our customers. These assemblies include managing the purchased parts components and all assembly operations.

We maintain Quality Control resources on all manufacturing shifts and continually monitor the product at all work centers. Advanced measurement equipment and calibrated gauging are used by our quality assurance department to satisfy our customer's expectations.
