Capstone is a private finance company headquartered in New York City providing factoring, purchase order financing and trade financing to our clients. We offer factoring services to construction trades, service companies, and wholesalers. We also offer PO and Trade Financing for international and domestic traders.

Capstone’s management team has extensive experience in construction and financial services such as factoring, trade financing, and purchase order financing. Combined, the principals and senior management represents more than 100 years of business and investment expertise. Purchase Order Financing can be used to finance the purchase or manufacturer of specific goods that have already been sold. We enable this process by issuing letters of credit or providing funds that allow our clients to secure the inventory they need to fill their open sales orders. We customize each lending program to a specific business situation, taking into account your long-range objectives and opportunities for growth.

Capstone has been engaged in international merchandise purchases and sales since inception. Capstone's operations involve the import of products from Asia, India, Europe, and South America. Trade Financing provides foreign manufactures access to US markets through Capstone's network of buyers, wholesalers and distributors.
