Skagit Valley Hospital commissioned Capstone Partners to assist them in evaluating options for building a medical office building necessitated by a large hospital expansion. Listening to the needs of the senior management team, Capstone and Mahlum Architects outlined a spectrum of alternatives for the design and financing of the new MOB. With an understanding of all practical alternatives, the Hospital Board voted to proceed with a project with Capstone Partners as development partner.

Since Capstone was founded in 2002, the firm has completed $355 million in new development and investment representing over 3.1 million square feet and 320 multi-family units.
