Chief Executive Officer Dr. Richard Schamp, M.D. has over 30 years’ experience in geriatric care. He provides Medicare Risk Adjustment support to PACE organizations across the United States. Dr. Schamp has worked with over half the PACE organizations in the US and is an industry expert in Medicare risk adjustment. Before being selected as CEO of Capstone in 2012, Dr. Schamp worked with the Altitude Edge companies AEC Consulting and Peak PACE Solutions. He provided risk adjustment services through AEC Consulting for six years before Capstone was created to focus solely on risk adjustment.
