When I fIrst came to capstone, the staff in the main office was very friendly and helpful with any questions that were asked. When looking at the apartment, they were very clean, spacious and affordable. However, one of the biggest selling points is how quiet it is in the apartment. Being a medical student, this made it very easy to fInd the perfect place to study. Brian Bechtold I like living at Capstone Quarters because they offer luxurious apartments for a reasonable price. The amenities are great, such as a theater and a pool. The fact that electricity and water are included is a big help, especially for students, like me, whom do not have a steady income. The staff in the main offIce is friendly and always eager to help. You always get a big greeting the moment you walk in. Capstone Quarters offers condominiums that are spacious, clean and conveniently, providing a bathroom in each bedroom, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of parking available, so no tenant goes without a space near their apartment. Capstone provides a safe environment with services that caters to any student. As I discussed the living environment, I received a quick email response from the staff leading to a prompt and easy shift. As a medical student, a quiet atmosphere is essential to maintain appropriate studying habit and fortunately I have received that at Capstone. Besides the friendly staff and convenient location, I was even more elated at the spacious apartments and affordable price. Marium Mukati When I fIrst came into the office at Capstone Quarters to inquire about their apartments, the office staff was very friendly and outgoing. Upon taking me around the property to see apartments and all the amenities they offer, I was amazed. The apartments were so spacious! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and huge closets. The kitchens were another feature that caught my attention; they were so open and gorgeous. Another thing I love about Capstone is the movie theater they have in the club house. Who really wants to watch your favorite movie on a small T.V. in your apartment when you could watch in on a huge projection screen! Also, being a person who LOVES the sun and summer, I live at the pool in the warm months, and it's very easy to do here with the comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas surrounding the pool. Capstone is very affordable too. Their apartments come furnished and the rent includes utilities. So you don't have to worry about hauling all the furniture to a new place and having other bills due throughout the month. I would offer Capstone Quarters to anyone who asked. With a friendly staff and a beautiful community, I strongly believe it's the best place to live in the C-U. Jayme May Capstone Quarters is an amazing place to live. The large bedrooms and huge walk-in closets are what sold me.
