As Captain Telegram Traffic Information Reporter, my main goal is to help make your daily commute a worry-free trip by helping you avoid accident and construction areas wherever possible. I also promote safety when driving, support seatbelt use, remind you to watch out for pedestrians (especially "Little Short Ones"), and that the roads are slippery when wet.
