We provide unmatched service and support along with on-time delivery of genuine CMC brand service parts. From our main plant in Chattanooga , we design, manufacture, and assemble every tufting machine that we sell. Similarly, each of our service technicians is dispatched from the same location delivering service you can rely on.

An important part of the service relationship with our customers is the technical training we provide at our factory.... we call it "Tufting-U". It's where your personnel will learn to make the most efficient use of your tufting machines and maximize your investment.

Every class is customized to meet the specific training needs and objectives of your company/mill. Classes typically run Tuesday through Thursday.
