Ms. Lee joined the Cardinal team in September 2012 as our Administrative Assistant. Her extensive background in business and client services made her an ideal choice for supporting our advisors and clients in every facet of our business. When she is not in the office, she, with her husband John, also work through their own firm, North Star Consulting, to provide leadership coaching and organizational training. They share a passion for helping leaders and their teams improve effectiveness and achieve greater organizational success. Ms. Lee’s business experience spans more than 30 years. She spent three years in Europe with a team of U.S. and German government representatives overseeing the installation of a phone network for U.S. Armed Forces-Europe. In 1984, she joined Acxiom Corporation, a leader in Information Management and Database Marketing Services. As Acxiom’s Business Unit Executive serving the Media & Entertainment industry, Ms. Lee led more than 90 associates in customer service, software development, sales & marketing, and Human Resource teams.

Over the years, Ms. Murdoch has worked with many talented people and she has assembled what she believes to be a “best of” team of financial professionals. She often says, “I feel like I’ve brought together people who are not only talented but their individual talents compliment each other. We all work as a team.” Because of that team approach, the clients of Cardinal Investment Group get the benefit of the broad range of knowledge inside the company.
