Our agents must have an existing book of business and carry the appropriate E&O coverage.

We are a company founded by doctors for doctors. Our business was formed to give physicians an affordable, responsive and knowledgeable alternative when purchasing medical malpractice coverage. CARE has always been dedicated to controlling premiums, fighting frivolous lawsuits and providing aggressive defenses. CARE is physician owned and physician managed on a day-to-day basis. The doctors who started the company are actively involved with all phases of the business: underwriting, claims, risk management and administration.
