Description

Gail E. Amor Rader founded the Care Perspectives, Inc. in 1991. Gail E. Amor Rader began her consulting career in 1986 as a consultant to both the New Jersey State Department of Health Nursing Home Licensure Reform Project and the New Jersey State Department of Human Services. She went on to found Care Perspectives in 1991. A Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Ms. Rader has worked in and studied long-term care in nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, and assisted living residences locally, nationally, and internationally. Ms. Rader and her team of experts have also provided consultation and management services to Adult Medical Daycare Programs, Home Health Agencies, and Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled.
