Description
You should be able to explain these concepts to someone not working in your company in ten minutes or less. Most importantly, anyone who has been in the business world for three years or more should understand and be able to explain your job and your company to a peer when you are done. Why is this important? Because unless you are interviewing with only direct competitors in the exact same space, you’ll end up being asked to explain what you do.
We don’t just match resumes with job descriptions to find you a candidate. That’s a waste of everyone’s time. Our process includes understanding your company’s needs, your culture and what type of person would work best in your environment. To ensure the right person is aligned with your company, we develop long-term relationships with our candidates, taking the time to uncover their goals, ambitions, skills, likes, dislikes.
Zepp makes sensors for baseball, tennis and golf, and it now has more money to work with to develop more products. This week the Los Gatos, Calif.-based company, founded in 2012, announced that it had received $15 million in additional funding. That brings to $20 million the amount of money it received last year.
As change agents, we make transitions smooth without taking the fun out of it. As employment experts, we provide counseling to our clients on topics from counter offers to salary negotiation, hiring strategies to interview preparation. And everything in between.
CMI was founded in 1998, with humble beginnings to say the least. Started out of a basement having no dedicated phone or fax lines, the company had two recruiters and less than 10 clients to begin the year in 1999. By the year 2000, CMI grew to 10 employees and topped $1 Million in sales.
