Charlene Venable, CNA Lena Venable is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has been with Carepoint Inc. for over 2 years now. She has proven to be one of the most valuable assets within our organization. She brings a calm, competent and reassuring demeanor to her clients and their families. To say Lena is extremely reliable is an understatement. She is always willing to arrive early or stay late to accommodate not only the client's needs, but the needs of other staff members as well.

Jenni and Jeff Rahrig co-founded Carepoint, Inc. in July 2009, along with in-laws Brian and Heather Rahrig. Carepoint was established with the vision of providing a comprehensive agency offering flexible home care services to those wishing to remain independent in their home. Jeff and Jenni have been Charlotte residents for over 15 years and reside in Dilworth with their four children. Brian and Heather relocated from Columbus, OH, to Charlotte with their 3 children in 2009 to establish Carepoint, Inc.

We at Carepoint are proud to recognize our dedicated employees. This time we would like to introduce Elke Laws who has been a CNA with Carepoint for over 3 years now! All of her clients, past and present enjoy her cheerful, caring personality, timeliness and attention to detail. Having previously worked at a specialized dementia center, Elke brings her expertise in dementia care to her clients here at Carepoint. Born in Harrisburg, PA as a military brat Elke has lived all over the United States. Her favorite place being Santa Barbara, CA.

Because we are privately owned, we have greater flexibility to provide unique, client-tailored, solutions. We are not boxed into one or two zip-code(s) and/or a specific set of services. We are also continuously evaluating additional services and unique opportunities to provide exceptional value to our clients.

Our primary services include: personal care support, companionship, housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, errands, transportation to and from appointments, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, mobility, and toileting. We’re available to assist on a custom schedule based on your unique needs. Options include hourly (custom hourly schedule), backup or respite care, overnight care, and 24×7 live-in care.
