Our colors and designs address both function and style. We use the best raw materials available and craft each product with care and pride. Quality Pack and Travel Products Solid design, top quality production techniques and the best raw materials in the industry all contribute to making Caribou packs and luggage the best in the market place. Lock Stitch sewing machines ensure that a broken stitch remains just that... a single broken stitch. Double needle lock stitching is standard for all our zippers. Backstitching, Bartacking and Z- Stitches are used to guarantee adequate strength at all stress points. We take a full 1/2 inch seam allowance wherever fabric edges are joined, and insure that all inside seams are taped to prevent fabric unraveling. But most of all... we use the best materials in the industry, like genuine leather for bottoms, handles and trim, YKK #5, #7 and #10 zippers, the best in the industry, and proven fabrics like Ballistics cloth, Caprolan and Cordura Plus.
