Prior to founding Carleton Property Services, Philip worked at Park Nicollet Health Services managing Medical Office Buildings. An integral part of Philip's role was providing world class service to tenants. Philip was responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including budgets, accounts receivable, rent collections and CAM reconciliation. While with Park Nicollet, Philip worked closely with architects and construction project managers managing project budgets and schedules to ensure they were completed on time and within budget.
