New Ulm Office Glen has been with Carlson Highland & Co., LLP for over 25 years. He has over 35 years of experience in preparation and consulting services in tax matters. He has an agricultural background and provides services in the cooperative and agriculture sector along with all other business and individual tax needs. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives. Glen is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Today, the Firm has grown to 12 partners and approximately 80 employees. Our services extend to clients primarily throughout the Midwest. By remaining true to our commitment to providing excellent client service, we continue to expand our client base and give our clients the attention, service and expertise they deserve.

New Ulm Office Jim has over 32 years of public accounting experience in providing attest and tax services to an array of clients with a primary focus on local marketing and supply cooperatives. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Mankato State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives. Jim is licensed in Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Having been raised in New Ulm, Jim has spent his entire professional career with Carlson Highland & Co., LLP and has held numerous leadership positions on local boards and commissions. He currently serves as a Board of Director for a New Ulm bank.

Dean has been with Carlson Highland & Co., LLP for more than twenty years. He graduated from Moorhead State University, in Moorhead, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He has extensive experience with auditing and assurance services for non-public companies, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities. He specializes in cooperative auditing and taxation. He also has experience with tax services for individuals and corporations.
