Principal- Gary Carlson: Gary has been involved in residential construction for over 35 years. He has a BA from the University of Colorado in Geography specializing in Urban and Regional Planing.

Principal- Gary Carlson: Gary has been involved in residential construction for over 30 years. He has a BA from the University of Colorado in Geography specializing in Urban and Regional Planing. His career has given him the experience of building and marketing homes throughout the United States in a wide variety of price ranges. His last position, Division President for the Phoenix Division of M/I Homes, resulted in the creation of one of the largest custom home building companies in the country. This experience gives Gary the ability to make sure your home purchase goes smoothly.
