CTI provides a broad range of construction inspection, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering services in Oregon and Washington. Founded in 1976, CTI now employs over 180 people. We are certified by the Oregon Building Officials Association, Washington Association of Building Officials, the City of Portland and the City of Corvallis.
