Since our founding in 1994, Carney has worked with virtually every agency within the Federal Government. As experts in performance acceleration and adult learning, we have gained considerable experience creating comprehensive performance solutions that help agencies achieve performance objectives and mission goals.

During her time at Carney, Susan has worked with the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), National Technical Information Service (NTIS), Small Business Administration (SBA), and Social Security Administration (SSA).

The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) serves as the largest central resource for government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business-related information available today. NTIS has over 60 years of experience providing information products and services to Government agencies and the private sector.
