Many of our neighbors are 'transplants' from colder climates. Come join us!.with focus on up-front planning to take clients through a successful, well-designed and built project. We want to design and build high quality homes and home improvements in the local surrounding counties. We strive to offer personal, knowledgeable, expert attention to each client. We do this by staying abreast of the latest technology and materials. We continuously explore the practical applications of sustainable 'green' design and construction methods. Energy efficiency, efficient use of materials and waste management, water conservation, healthy living environment and durability of materials are the major components of each and every project. We offer 'turnkey' service; taking care of all inspections from footing to final approvals. We provide a one year warranty on all craftmanship. Most of the materials and components used in our projects also carry warranties. As we like to say "Beautifully Designed, Soundly Built, One Detail at a Time".
