This project, which covers all of our hospital clients, consists of a thorough analysis of each of our customers’ filter systems to develop the “minimum adequate” air filter for each application. The project lowers our customers’ air filter costs while maintaining the integrity of each air filter system.

Cleaning parts is a critical service for manufacturing processes, and Carolina Filters is committed to serving that need through our Parts Cleaning Division. We approach each customer’s needs as a unique challenge. By understanding the part, the contaminant, and the definition of “clean” as it applies to each customer, we tailor our processes to offer the best cleaning value possible.

Filter cleaning technology and science has been continuously refined since the early 1980’s to meet the needs and requirements of our customers, worldwide. Whether cleaning a standard filter used in polyester service or a custom filter used in a critical pharmaceutical application, these advanced technological cleaning processes ensure total conformity to our customers’ requirements.

At Carolina Filters our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Division’s focus is on assessment, cleaning, filtration and restoration of HVAC systems for hospitals, commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Our IAQ division combines HVAC technological engineering experience, product knowledge and a “hands on” approach to problem-solving to meet the daily indoor air quality challenges facing our customers.

Our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services include IAQ audits, duct cleaning, exhaust system cleaning, fire damper inspection, cleaning and certification, air handling unit (AHU) cleaning, coil cleaning, cooling tower cleaning, bag house cleaning and changing, industrial painting and coating, and other HVAC preventative maintenance. We offer a wide range of air filter products from the world’s leading manufacturers including bags, pleated panels, automatic roll media, carbon and HEPA filters.
