Partners Joe Carpenter, Sam Ingram and Brian Mosholder started this firm in their Montgomery office in January 2002. With over 70 years of combined experience this legal team is capable of handling all aspects of civil litigation. Our firm handles automobile accident cases, also known as wheel cases, products liability cases, premises liability cases, business disputes and workmen’s compensation claims. In 2007 we expanded our firm and opened an office in Auburn, Alabama. Our firm has represented clients in almost every county in this State.
