ITEL’s partnership with flooring mills and manufacturers is a critical component in the service we provide to insurance carriers and ultimately to the homeowner after a stressful event. In a property loss, the insurance adjuster sends a piece of the damaged flooring to ITEL.

From the moment your claim sample is sent to ITEL to beyond the closing of that claim, all ITEL customer service is included at no extra fee. We always strive to maintain the high level of service our customers have grown accustomed to. Because ITEL is completely independent from all insurance carriers, vendors, and manufacturers, you and your adjuster can rely on ITEL to provide a fair, unbiased analysis of your damaged flooring, roofing, or siding. For flooring, ITEL helps determine average retail pricing and comparable products available in today's market. For siding and roofing, ITEL helps identify the original material and finds distributors that carry suitable replacement products. More information is available on our page for Homeowners.

The reports will have the same format as the reports for samples you send. Using your photos and measurements, we're able to determine the closest match to the damaged roofing or siding. While we may not be able to determine the style and manufacturer of the original product when you use the app, in many cases, one of the matching products and the original are the same. We'll also list the location of the closest distributors for the matching product.
