Description
Carpet Town was established in 1971 as Carpet Town USA by Lester and Charlotte Dubrin. Back then it was considered mainly a "cash-and-carry" warehouse operation.Gradually, though, Carpet Town added other types of flooring, so that now it has evolved into a full-flooring fashion center, which is staffed by an expert and experienced team of sales consultants. It also has a design area with wallpaper, window treatments and fabric, which is staffed by a team of award winning interior designers.Throughout its 30-plus year history, Carpet Town has had a family member leading the company. Wendy D. Werner, Lester and Charlotte's daughter, is currently Carpet Town's president.
