L. B. Carpet was established in 1969 to service the Metro New York decorator and designer floorcovering trade. As an active carpet fabrication workroom and carpet warehouse, we handle top quality rugs and carpets. Our multifaceted operation includes warehousing and storage of broadloom carpet, custom area rugs, oriental rugs, dhurries, sisals, needlepoint rugs, and flatweave "floor fabrics" as well as other specialty floorcoverings. Handling the cutting edge or carpet material and design as we preapare the for delivery allow us to keep a keen eye out for overstocks, discontinued and dropped carpet styles, and other floor covering closeouts, that we can offer to you at a fractions of their original price. Our 45,000 square foot modern warehouse is the home to thousands of rolls of carpet and miles of area rugs. Wools and wool blends, silks, and sisals, shags and Saxony all co-exist in harmony awaiting final homes. Commercial carpets for all types of businesses and top quality residential carpeting all pass through our professional hands to be cut, sew, blocked, and delivered to the ultimate client.
