ISA Certified Arborists on Staff International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) ISA is a scientific and educational organization devoted to the dissemination of information in the care and preservation of shade and ornamental trees. It's certification program is designed to promote the professional development of people involved in the field of arboriculture or tree care. Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Carr's Tree Service is a member of the TCIA, an organization that assists in establishing standards for the industry. Membership is an indicator of reliability and trustworthiness in a tree care company. Carr's Tree Service has been in business for over 35 years. The business began in 1974 in Ottertail, Minnesota with a father, his sons and an idea. It has now expanded to serve the majority of the state of Minnesota with offices in Ottertail, Owatonna/Faribault, Saint Cloud/Anoka and Sleepy Eye. Our employees are highly skilled in all areas of the tree service industry. Our employees are Certified Line Clearance Tree Trimmers. Training entails C.P.R. and First Aid, Aerial Rescue Practices and Line Voltage Recognition.
