Carr, Jr., we are the culmination of decades of experience in commercial real estate services and development. The following is a quick synopsis of our storied past. Mr. Carr founded The Oliver Carr Company in 1962 and built it into the most active commercial development firm in DC. Then in 1993, the Carr Company became CarrAmerica, a NYSE-traded real estate investment trust.
