Description

Carra Builders was established in 1982 by current owner, Keith H. Bowman, as a commercial construction company. During the first two years of business the company was focused on establishing itself as a General Contractor, with projects consisting of new and renovation work. At the start of the third year, Carra Builders signed a one year contract for project management with the Allen Williams Corporation. This commercial project consisted of a new restaurant and room construction for the hotel known as "The Virgin Grand," located in St. Thomas of the Virgin Islands.
