Brad brings to each project more than ten years of experience in field work in project management. He is a pivotal link between the design stage of a house and its execution. As Project Manager/Field Superintendent, it is his task to see that the schedule of work runs smoothly and the budget is achieved. Brad’s commitment to each project and his close monitoring of every aspect of the job ensures a high quality home of which we, and the owners, can be justifiably proud.

As Field Superintendent, Pat brings an additional level of highly qualified construction expertise to Carter Customs. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with our clients as well as our sub-contractors is invaluable to producing a product that reflects our dedication to quality workmanship. Pat has been with Carter Customs since its inception in 1986 and has been instrumental in creating our reputation of quality and service.
