Description
Dr. Carter Dr. Carter graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1982, and earned his DMD from Temple University Dental School in 1987. He began practicing dentistry in Philadelphia, then moved to Hamburg where he practiced for nine years. In 1998 he moved to Topton and purchased this practice in 2002.
