Description

Cascade Billing Center was created in 1992 by its two owners Patricia Teabo and Dave Anderson in Tumwater, WA. Patty and Dave were the only two employees when it began, but had a lot of help from family members including Patty's daughter-in-law, Cindy, who is still employed at Cascade. Starting out of Patty's home, they took turns on their only computer and licked stamps to mail claims and statements. Times were tough in the beginning trying to pay bills, provide quality service and develop the company.
