Dennis Petrequin, Principal Planner, has over 30 years of experience in land use and comprehensive planning in the Pacific Northwest, the majority of it in Indian country. He is experienced in land use and infrastructure planning, site feasibility studies, capital improvements programming, and environmental assessments and impact statements. He has been involved with the Bureau of Indian Affairs transportation planning and road improvement program for over 20 years, completing more than 300 transportation plans in his career.

Paul Kluvers, PE, SE, General Manager/Sr. Structural Engineer, has over 30 years of experience as a civil and structural engineer, including design of water and wastewater facilities, fish hatcheries and fish passage facilities, schools and dormitories, offices and administrative buildings, and recreational facilities. Many of these projects, such as the Umatilla Governance Center new Public Safety Building, have incorporated “green building” components.

, is a civil/environmental engineer with over 25 years of experience in the consulting engineering field, with primary emphasis on water and wastewater facilities planning and design and process design.

Paul Knox, P.E., Sr. Civil Engineer, has 15 years of engineering experience on a wide variety of planning and design projects. He has particular experience in stormwater management and hydrologic/hydraulic evaluations. Recent projects include an IDIQ-type contract for multiple road design projects on the Siletz Reservation, and the Nespelem School Loop Road and bridge improvement project for the Confederated Colville Tribes.
