Dedicated to the Manufactured Housing Industry In 1999 Cascade Financial Services began offering conventional financing terms that were previously unavailable to buyers of Manufactured Homes. The dramatic improvement of manufactured housing over the last decade has made it possible to obtain the same favorable mortgage terms on manufactured homes as on site built homes. However, most typical mortgage brokers are not specialized or educated in lending on Manufactured Homes and are unable or unwilling to provide this type of financing. Lending on Manufactured Homes requires specific expertise and experience in Manufactured Housing. While most mortgage lenders focus their marketing efforts on Realtors or originating refinances on site-built homes, Cascade Financial Services is dedicated 100% to providing finance options for Manufactured Housing. We have developed our own loan products tailored to the specific needs of Manufactured Home retailers and our clients who are purchasing the home. Currently, we are actively financing land and home packages in the Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, California, Oregon, Washington, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama and Colorado markets. In our offices, we do not employ commissioned loan officers. Instead, the executives of our company manage experienced and licensed origination teams thereby allowing them to be personally involved with each loan application. These experienced professionals are dedicated to analyzing the specific needs of our clients and customizing the financing to those needs. During an initial meeting or phone conversation with the borrowers, we will go over the terms of the loan and explain the entire financing process. After signing the initial loan application and disclosures, the loan file will be given to one of our loan specialist to complete the processing of the loan and see it through closing. Our loan specialists are trained and experienced in the loan products we offer and will be able to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. In addition, our executive staff is always available to take calls or to offer assistance of any type during the loan process. Over the years, Cascade Financial has evolved from a small conventional mortgage broker to a Mortgage Banker with a complete lending platform from origination through servicing. We currently originate FHA and VA government insured loan products as we continue to answer the needs of the Manufactured Home Industry.
