When we hired Rian Hayward of Cascade General Contracting to do our long awaited kitchen remodel, we found him to be knowledgeable, energetic, highly skilled and willing to make commitments, which he kept. He came to us with high recommendations. We thought he was ambitious with his time table for completion, but he worked efficiently and with great diligence and kept on time. We now have a kitchen that we had always dreamed about. Even though years of research and planning went into our kitchen, Rian had excellent suggestions and recommendations that added to what we wanted to accomplish. It is obvious he has been doing this kind of work all his life, enjoys doing it, and prides himself in excellent workmanship. His relationships with his subs also were great. They showed up on time and did excellent work. We believe Rian was a real find for us and have no hesitance in recommending him to anyone interested in a highly skilled residential contractor.
