We provide design and manufacturing services to companies who require a simple supply-chain and the value of quality components manufactured in the USA. CPI’s produces its own products including pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic control-systems and custom built assemblies. Our products are designed in cooperation with customers who require specific operating performance in difficult conditions where standard products fail.

Cooperation with our customers to manage their supply chain allows more production flexibility at CPI and allows our customer to carry less inventory.

Success in the semi-conductor industry requires complex sophisticated designs needing high quality close tolerance components. CPI have worked on many of these components working through manufacturing and quality control issues to develop and improve process controls to ensure the high quality needed. Sharon Feld of Quiet Technologies Aerospace sought out Cascade Precision to help them solve problems with complex low volume components. Using experienced gained working with Boeing, CPI set out to help.
