In 1981, Bob started what eventually evolved into Cascade Utilities, Incorporated Bob has developed several residential properties himself, giving him better insight to the customers perspective. This insight has inspired Bob to value an innovative approach to solving different utility situations. In Cascade Utilities has grown it's equipment list from a modest four in the beginning to a versatile fleet that is capable of moving massive quantities of earth to being able to access the tightest areas. Most of the time Bob is out on a job running the equipment. That's Bob on our home page, operating our John Deere 992D. Geoff Bowie, Vice President Geoff has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Geoff specializes in creation and completion of small and large lot subdivisions. Clients range in size from the individual land owner to Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. Geoff's involvement covers the entire project life; from creation and acquisition, through S.E.P.A. process to preliminary agency approval and then to the construction of physical improvements and project completion to final agency approval and sales. Most of the time Geoff is stuck in the fish tank estimating though. Operators We realize we are only as good as our people in the field. Our seasoned Foremen are familiar with their projects so that they are able to see the 'big picture', are professional enough to make on site decisions and maximize the efficiency of our efforts. That is why we our proud of our staff. They attend technical and first aid seminars, conduct weekly safety meetings and are drug screened.
