Referrals are initiated by your regular veterinarian. A referral form is completed by your veterinarian who will either have you bring it with you or FAX it in advance. The referral form may be accompanied by laboratory work and/or x-rays. A report will be faxed to your veterinarian the same day your pet is examined or discharged.
